We are confident on the quality of our products. If you are not totally satisfied with our product(s), simply return them within 14 days after they are sent. You are responsible for returning the package. We are not responsible for any shipping cost associated with your return/purchase. Refund of the purchased price will be issued in full. To get a full refund of the purchased price, the item must be returned in resalable condition and with careful packaging. We will take 20% off of the purchased price of any item received back that is not in resalable condition. As with anything you purchase, please read and understand the operating instructions thoroughly before using the product(s).
The purchaser of this product releases T-Rex Racing, Inc., its distributors and resellers of any liability pertaining to installation and uses of the purchased parts. This liability includes but not limit to personal injury, vehicle and property damages. Purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to the vehicle may increase the risk of injury, accident or vehicle damage. This product does not guarantee that it will protect you or your bike in case of a fall, a tip over or drop. As with anything you purchase, please read and understand the operating instructions thoroughly before using the product(s).
