This stand arrived right when T-Rex said it would. It does exactly what I wanted and expected. I used T-Rex' youtube video for installation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2yXlCGmDAu0 which was clear and easy to follow.

It's easy to get the bike up on the stand.. just step on the lever and lift by the rear fender. It's balanced so the rear wheel is off the  ground.

One thing, if you buy this fine accessory: Have some red locktite on hand. The written instruction sheet mentions it, and it seems like a good idea.

The product was very well built and installation was extremely easy with one exception for me.  Stretching the tension springs was the hardest part of the install.  After many tries, I finally used zip ties on the spring hooks and then threaded my longest screw driver and pulled and pulled until the springs caught the knob.  There is probably a tool for this, but I had to "McGyver" it.  That said, I love it and it works perfectly.

Installation was a breeze. Everything lined up perfectly. The welds and paint are top notch. It works exactly like you would expect a center stand to work. Minimal effort was required to put the bike up on the center stand.
