This purchase is for a set of engine guards for the above bike model. The engine guards have four attachment points preventing them from rotating in the event of a low side. It is ideal for engine guards since it can absorb more impact force onto itself and therefore reduce the impact on the bike. We use highest grade commercially available 12.9 (177,000 psi in tensile strength) wherever possible. Rest assured that you are getting the best material commercially available.

    Our guards feature aircraft grade aluminum skid plates that can be inexpensively replaced. Installation is easy with the right tools, and the build quality of the frame is good. The package I received came with rusty washers, which was a bit of disappointment. If you simply drop your MT-03 to the left hand side, the skip plate is going to take the hit and protects the engine and the body nicely. However, the shift pedal won't be protected and will bend.
