This purchase is for a rear axle slider that helps protect your bike in case of a low-side. It allows the fork to slide on the plastic puck instead of the fork itself. The installation is a simple bolt on with the bar going through the axle and one plastic puck on each side. The sliders are made of UHMW-PE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene), a tough plastic with good strength, wear resistance and dimensional stability. It is more dimensionally stable than Nylon and used in many industrial ball bearing and friction reducing applications. The bolts are made of highest grade commercially available 12.9(177,000 psi in tensile strength). The long bar is made of billet aluminum. Rest assured that you are getting the best material commercially available. The frame sliders that you will receive will most likely be the ones pictured above. However, due to constant improvement, the frame sliders can sometimes vary slightly from those in the picture.

5 of 5 Great product, great people January 16, 2021

Product came packaged well with very detailed instructions. Materials, finish, and design in my opinion are better than what other companies offer. When these are on the bike (2020 katana in my case) they look very good, and dont stand out. They look like they came factory and werent an afterthought or cheap aftermarket part. I contacted these guys with a quick question and they responded very quickly and made sure i was taken care of. Cant recommend enough
