How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We offer Free Shipping to the 48 contiguous Unites States.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We are confident on the quality of our products. If you are not totally satisfied with our product(s), simply return them within 30 days after they are sent. You are responsible for returning the package. We are not responsible for any shipping cost associated with your return/purchase. Refund of the purchased price will be issued in full.To get a full refund of the purchased price, the item must be returned in resalable condition and with careful packaging. A return after 30 days of being marked as delivered by the carrier, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the overall refunded amount. If the returned item is damaged, additional deductions may be applied.
At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us may for an refund, exchange, or qualify for store credit. A restocking fee will not be charged if we are at fault.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 business hours of shipment.

All orders will be shipped out within 48 business hours. Events such as holidays, out of stock items, and customization requests may delay the shipment.

Need the item ship the same day?

Customers in a hurry can request for Express handling to get the item out the same day it was purchased. Just add it to the cart!
