This purchase is for a set of engine guards for the above bike model. The engine guards features new aluminum skid plates which can be inexpensively replaced without purchasing a new set of steel guards. Think of them as protection for your protection! The guards feature three attachment points on each side to prevent the guards from rotating in the event of a low side. We use highest grade commercially available 12.9(177,000 psi in tensile strength) wherever possible. Rest assured that you are getting the best material commercially available

You will need an extra 13mm spacer for the left side if you are mounting it on the GSX-S1000GX+.

Yep, the very next day after putting these on, laid my bike over on gravel curve like a dummy. Barely even scratched and my legs were perfectly fine. Got right back up like it never happened, allbeit a little sore.
