This purchase is for a set of engine guards for the above bike model. The engine guards have four attachment points preventing them from rotating in the event of a low side. It is ideal for engine guards since it can absorb more impact force onto itself and therefore reduce the impact on the bike. We use highest grade commercially available 12.9 (177,000 psi in tensile strength) wherever possible. Rest assured that you are getting the best material commercially available.

My third T-Rex addon for my 2018 G310R.  Hand Guards and Center Stand followed by this as I move toward guarding against damage from laying down or dropping the bike. These engine guards are strong and rigid. Install following the T-Rex YouTube was easy. I did find that using a small grinder in my Dremel to carefully "adjust-align-center" the holes in the bike's bar-bracket made it easier to install the large bolts in the engine without cross threading. Threaded bolts in by hand with short lever arm of the allen wrench most of the way. Used tape to protect the radiator hose on right side. T-Rex used smart engineering as the tube clamp bracket fit perfectly in between the two wire harness tie downs on the left side---impressive how everything fits so well.
