This purchase is for a crankcase cover for the models above. Made from UHMW-PE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene), a tough plastic with good strength, wear resistance and dimensional stability. It is more dimensionally stable than Nylon and used in many industrial ball bearing and friction reducing applications. They can be inexpensively replaced in case of a low-side. The bolts are made of highest grade commercially available 12.9(177,000 psi in tensile strength). Rest assured that you are getting the best material and fully thought out product.

Different hardware included than shown	July 7, 2026

I really liked the case covers but had lots of trouble with the quality of the hardware included. All photos show silver hardware that matches what is being removed/replaced on the bike however these items ship with black hardware which has poor quality control on the threads and the paint. I got a replacement order of hardware sent to me and it was not the correct fine thread type. It was a corse thread that I couldn’t use. I ended up purchasing hardware out of pocket in order to make these work. Was going to order axle sliders for my MT09 but went with a competitor due to the hardware issues. Good product but extremely poor hardware. Just keep that in mind if purchasing
