The fit of the rack to the bike is not perfect, but there is enough room for adjustment that it can be installed square and level with a little bit of effort. The overall width of the bags is 3 or 4 inches wider than the factory bars. The bags themselves kept my clothes dry riding over an hour through a rainstorm, so I'm pretty pleased there. The opening and unlocking of the cases is a little cheesy compared to some other GIVI cases I've owned, but they work.
Overall, I'm pleased with this, and I'm super glad that T-rex offers these because they've made road trips possible on my 660.
