This stand works perfectly for me.
It is well built and strong with well designed reinforcement plates at stress points. The welds are flawless. It was easy to install with a link to a step by step Video. It took about 45 minutes.
The best feature is the height adjustment. On two previous bikes, I raised the rear suspension to get more ground clearance. On both those center stands I had to weld plates on the feet to make the center stand taller so I could get the rear tire off the ground.
With this stand, whether you rise or lower your bike, you can have a generous 3 inches of adjustment to suit your needs and put the rear tire height right where you like. It's only negative is it adds about 11 lbs. Not much can be done about that. If you like having a center stand - it has to be steel and it has to strong.
