The purchase is for a set of T-Rex Racing hand guard brackets with mounting kit and Barkbusters VPS wind deflectors. Unlike other hand guards, our is made of aircraft grade aluminum brackets which were designed to minimize damage in case of a lowside or tip over.

5 years ago TrekOCLVone on YouTube did an overview of the install for these and discussed how they provided bolts are too long for the application on the x300 and the instructions do not mention this. 5 years on T-Rex still hasn't updated the instructions nor have they updated the bolts to the correct length.

The number of issues I have had with T-Rex products not providing the correct instructions gives me pause, but to still be providing the incorrect hardware after 5 years is unacceptable.

If you order these you better make sure you have a vice and hacksaw to shorten the dang bolts. Ridiculous.
