Lowering your bike?

Our kickstands are the way to go if you are planning on lowering your bike! The stock stands will not be able to operate correctly as it is too close to the ground. Those with a lowered bike would need to spend more money to make the adjustment. Our kickstands solve the problem by providing multiple lowering levels. No need to purchase a more expensive kickstand and then pay to have it modded!

5 of 5 Highly recommended by XSR900 rider May 17, 2026

I put these links on my 2023 XSR900. I'm 5'6 with a 30" inseam, so the links make it so I can now put my left foot flat on the ground at lights. I was hesitant because some people online say don't do lowering links because it'll ruin the handling and the ride. I'm happy to report those people are wrong. I noticed very little difference in normal everyday street riding. The bike still leans and turns the same as before, or it's so close the difference isn't an issue at all. The rear suspension still feels fine and still has plenty of travel. I tested it on trails and I never bottomed out the rear suspension. On low speed turns I feel like the bike actually handles better because the center of gravity is a bit lower. No regrets! If you're a shorter rider and you're thinking about it, do it!

5 of 5 XSR900 2022+ Multi-Level Lowering October 21, 2023

I had a lowering link but I am doubting its quality because it was so light and seems to be made of alloy.

I ordered this along with the kickstand and I tell you, I got the perfect height of my bike. I'm 5'4" and I'm 90kg.
